Get a 2nd or 3rd set/qty of the same item purchased for 10-20% off. Just click the drop down box on the product pages to see the special option/options and prices for the additional items to be purchased and click the option of your choice. Then click the "add to cart" button and it will automatically add one item at regular price and also add your option of choice to the shopping cart. The "amount" total is everything added together.

All orders shipping to a Nevada State address are required to pay sales tax through our web site.
Your order will be shipped within 3-5 days of receiving cleared payment. Shipping delivery generally takes 5-10 days once item is delivered to the carrier and depending on were the "ship to" location is. At this time we only ship within the USA and do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
An email confirmation will be sent to you once your order has been processed along with the tracking details so you can view and track your order from shipment to delivery. You will get a notification within 24 hours if in the unlikely event that an item has become unavailable or on back order.
Merchandise will be shipped using either UPS or FEDEX. In very few cases depending on size and weight we may also use USPS. In some cases of multiple item purchases, items may ship separately. This is normal, they may have to come from different warehouses depending on the location of the shipment.
Shipping and Handling Charges - All pricing includes Shipping. The price that you see is the price that you pay.
There are no shipping or handling charges, they are all ready built into the price of the product. The prices that you see is what you will pay. If you need faster shipping we can do that, there are additional fees depending on the shipping service that you will need. Please email us at email@example.com for a quote for express or overnight shipping services. This is no problem for us.
Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Missing Items Or Wrong Item Shipped:
All missing items from an order or if you received the wrong item in your order, must be reported in an email within 10 days of receiving your order. Please email Solar Lights Plus More.com at: firstname.lastname@example.org to report any missing items or if you received the wrong items. We will be happy to take care of the problem.
Every product comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy after initial inspection with quality, materials, or workmanship, please contact us within 30 days of delivery date through email at email@example.com and request a Return Authorization Number for the return. We will be more than happy to assist you with any problems that you may encounter.
Buyer is responsible for the price of shipping to return items unless the return is because of our shipping error, such as we shipped the wrong item or shipped order to you in error.
Please Note: All returns are for refund and are subject to a 10% processing fee. Refunds could take up to 4 weeks to process once item is received back to us for inspection.
If a return is authorized after 30 days from delivery date an additional 20% processing fee on top of the regular 10% processing fee on all returns, will be assessed.
If a product appears to have a manufacture defect or does not work, you must email us within the first 20 days after delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions. After the 20 day period we are not liable to replace or refund the non working or defective item. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect or not working, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.
Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:
- Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
- Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
- Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to products being returned, errors in the shipping address when you are returning the item back, or other errors out of our control. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
